Orenda has combined its talents, technologies and expertise with those of Ukraine gas turbine manufacturer, SPE Mashproekt to produce a power generation package of exceptional flexibility, dependability and value.  Utilizing Mashproekt's industrial design GT2500 as its heart, this compact package offers an ISO rating of 2.85 MW at the output shaft with 28.5% efficiency.

The OGT2500 package is designed to suit the requirements of utilities, industrial power generation, oil and gas applications, including paper mills, hospitals, petro-chemical facilities and other cogeneration applications.

Addressing the increasing demand for "waste to energy" technology Orenda has modified the same dependable OGT2500 design to fire using Biofuel Oil derived from such potential feedstock as: wood or wood residues, lignin and cellulose, agricultural residues, bagasse, cane trash, palm shells, straw and grasses, and waste paper.
