Manufacturing, fabrication and calibration support to the Test Cell Engineering Group is provided primarily by Orenda's Test Services Laboratories.  These labs include the following:

Instrument Manufacturing Lab – provides design, servicing, repair and calibration of all types of instrumentation.  A climate-controlled clean room is used for maintaining primary, transfer and secondary standards used for calibration activities.  Calibrations are traceable to National Standards.

Fuel Controls Lab – provides capability to produce precise flows and pressures for the purposes of calibration, repair and modification of fluid and gas equipment.

Mechanical Development Lab – provides test, measurement and calibration services for torque, weight, force, vibration and precision leak detection.  The Lab also provides development and manufacture of specialized test tooling, fabrication and machining services for test equipment, assembly services (welding, brazing, fitting) and environmental testing (dust, salt spray, humidity and temperature).

We are also supported by Orenda's Materials Laboratory, Non-Destructive Testing Labs (FPI, MPI, X-ray, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic) and by production work cells for large fabrication, welding, machining, chemical treatment and cleaning processes.
